Resigning Bullock would have put the team in cap problems ?. I wonder why he rejected your offer? I have not see that before....interesting . .....perhaps that reset stuff, cause that cap is quite close too!

Might as well find a coach with plays your team is familiar with, regardless of his ratings.

It's not like coaches (even the HC) do anything meaningful, especially during the season.

Get the playbook you want and don't worry about the rest. Even the things they are "supposed" to do have a very minimal impact.
