What happens in Training Camp and do we need to do anything?

You needn't do anything.
Players get skill and positional training.

Their skill may improve or regress, according to age, volatility and coaches's skills

Just make sure your roster is down to 60 players before camp begins.

Roster limit is 60 for camp, 53 for regular season
